01 // CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Tours can be fully refunded or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled launch time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the walk are strictly non-refundable, as operational slots are limited to maximize individual training.
02 // WEATHER OPERATIONAL DIRECTIVE
We shoot rain or shine. Heavy skies and wet stones provide optimal high-contrast street reflections. In the event of extreme weather warnings that present a direct safety hazard, Shutter Scotland will cancel the deployment and issue a 100% refund or alternative date option.
03 // HARDWARE & PERSONAL LIABILITY
Participants are entirely responsible for their own physical safety and camera hardware during the tour. Shutter Scotland is not liable for accidental drops, slips on historic paths, steps, or liquid damage to electronic equipment.
